When Tom isn’t cutting hair, you’ll usually find him working on one of his many hobbies or projects – ideally with a bunch of friends or collaborators.

Tom co-owns and runs a non-profit recording studio with his partner, Grace, and has been a touring musician for over 25 years. Outside of music, he enjoys miniature painting, surfing, charity work, and tabletop and board games.

Since completing a major house renovation and subsequently building the Steady Hands space, he’s also become a keen DIYer and occasionally tries his hand at golf – usually with mixed results.
